Our extensive range of artisan breads include traditional and contemporary loaves to burger buns, hand-crafted bagels, and sandwich and dinner rolls. While our baking operations have grown, we have maintained our dedication to craftsmanship and our time-honored recipes.

It all starts with the starter. Our all-natural starters are derived from Cabernet and Chardonnay grapes harvested at Channing Daughters Vineyard on Long Island. During our fermentation process, our signature starters add depth, complexity, and flavor to our artisanal breads. Then, our talented team of bakers get to work. While we’ve invested in technology over the years to remain competitive, our breads are still hand-shaped and hand-scored.
